ANSWERS to FAQ's
·Players NOT wanting a backpack from the “package” must order from the ala carte section of the order
form to avoid confusion (ala carte uniform items cost w/o backpack is $108)
·Sweatshirts are available in crew neck or hoodie styles (hoodies are an additional $3) and both are available in gray
or black this season. HOWEVER, black hoodie and crew sweatshirts have a
smaller “pocket” size logo instead of the traditional larger logo in the center of the sweatshirts.
·Warm-ups CAN be ordered in separate sizes for pants and jackets (see order summary form for separate order pricing)
·IMPORTANT: Any items that are personalized with either the WASA Eagles logo or the player numberunderstandably
cannot be sold again therefore we cannot accept any returns. If a player needs to try on ANY of the items, particularly
the warm-ups, for the correct fitting, please go to Soccer Plus to do so or contact Shelly Roth at skroth1967@yahoo.com to see if she has sample sizes.

going back to (start over at) the download link ... then "save" rather than "open"
... then go to your saved file, open, and print
or
from "open" ... cut (or copy) and paste onto your own word document ... then print
